Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States only.

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders typically arrive within 6 to 13 business days from the time your order is placed. This includes both order processing (checking, packing, and handing off to our shipping partner) and transit time. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Delayed Delivery

In rare instances, packages may take longer than the estimated time frame above. We do not have control over carrier delays once a package leaves our facility, and we appreciate your patience if this occurs. If there are no tracking updates for more than 30-60 business days, we will ship out a replacement package.

This may especially be true during busier periods such as the year-end holiday season (November to December) or during promotions.

Cancelling an Order

Once an order is placed, we are not able to cancel it if it has already been processed.

• If you cancel within 30 minutes before your order is processed, a transaction fee of $20 per order applies.
• If your order has already been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
