Processing & Delivery

Orders typically arrive within 6–13 business days from the time your order is placed. This includes both order processing (checking, packing, and handing off to our shipping partner) and transit time.
We currently ship within the United States only.

Tracking Your Order

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. In rare cases packages may take longer than the estimated window above — once a package leaves our facility, carrier delays are outside our control, but we're happy to help if that happens.

Returns & Refunds

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue — you do not need to send the item back to us.
Once your refund is approved, it's issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, or we'll arrange a replacement.
Sale items and gift cards aren't eligible for return, and we're unable to offer refunds for reasons other than a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped item.
