One of the base plates were defective. It looked chipped and the screw will not secure tightly. I have messaged the seller but have not received a response. I would really like a replacement base plate as I have the other chair together and I love it.
Chair broke twice. No way to contact anyone about a warranty. Weld broke and I was injured falling backwards. Base connector snapped in half!
This company offers good quality furniture and excellent customer support. Our new chairs are comfortable. We look forward to using them as we enjoy our patio.
Everyone who sits in these asks us to share the link so they can buy them! So comfy and fun to sit in! We have 4 now because 2 wasn’t enough- only chairs everybody wants to sit in. Gives us 360 view of our lake while sitting on deck!
Got 2 sets. Super comfortable! Wide, thick cushions, and love the swivel rock style. Did have a couple spots on the paint from shipping or whatever. But I touched up with some black paint. But very satisfied. So far everyone loves sitting in them!
It’s nice looking but it came scratched and a little dented. it keeps blowing over in the wind which is super frustrating.
This is not a quality set. The price is right but when you add $100 for shipping and it’s dented and scratched with no way to contact customer support it’s a mess. We had everything almost put together and found sizable dents on the arms of both chairs. The shipping container was fine so chalk it up to quality control in the plant…scratches were deep and we bought a can of Rustoleum paint and covered them…so add $8 for paint and dry time to the assembly. The cushions are not cushions…they are simple pads. We tossed those and used our old cushions. Just one more thought..these are very LOW to the ground. Another reviewer reported the same thing. It’s fine with us but make sure you understand the height. There were decent reviews so ordered but buyer beware. Take all the parts and look at each one then decide if it’s worth it. And the instructions are minimal.
Really like these chairs. Great price and a great value! Chairs are sturdy and comfortable. We want to order more if they get the gray cushions back in stock. Assembly was fairly easy. The base was the most difficult but then again I am not the best at this type of stuff. So if I can do it you can do it. HAHA! You'll know if you put the base on upside down like I did. You'll be either looking like you are ready for launch or leraning forward like you are extremely interested in your companies conversation. I flipped it and I was off to the races. Next one took 5 minutes once I figured it out. Long story short. I would buy these chairs. They are half the price of others we looked at and like I said. Well made and a great price.
very nice
Was just what we wanted
Love the chairs, but one base won't fit and I contacted seller, they said they're sending the part but they have not. Today is two weeks waiting for the replacement part. I bought these partially because the seller was supposed to be great with response. They are not. Two weeks of a chair I can't use taking up space. Poor customer service.
Well made, sturdy and beautiful chairs, couldn't be happier with my chose
Shipped super fast! Was impressed how fast it was delivered. Instructions were very easy to follow and everything was labeled. I was expecting Jet Black cushions and they’re more dark gray. Really excited to put these on my back deck!
Sturdy and nice looks chairs. Chairs do not glide much as to stiff and cushions are weak and uncomfortable. Nice table.
This patio set, gave a classy and elegant look to my front porch. The quality and movement a comfort and thickness of cushions they are reliable and sturdy. What a great buy.
Cushions are firm and comfortable. Easy to assemble. Great value.
Cushions way to thin
Excellent product and customer service
Great quality chairs and look nice. They do come in several pieces that you have to assemble and takes awhile but other than that, we love them.
Gorgeous set and looks very high end. Fairly simple to put together. Be mindful if you put this together outside to put down a tarp or do in grass so as not to scratch the finish.
Great chairs
Love this purchase, very easy to put together and quality is great.
Great. Love them. Pretty easy to put together. One out of four had a messed up screw hole. They replaced all those parts to fix. Love them. Sturdy. Comfortable. Nice and wide. Happy with the purchase.
Love these chairs! A bit finicky to put together but worth it.
I love my set! Thinking about ordering another set!
Very comfortable chairs ! Quality is very good ! Durable fabric , thick cushions
Very comfy chairs and good value. Medium annoying assembly. Use a ratchet handle and screwdriver both with Allen bit and save yourself some knuckles and bad words.
