Because of this rocking base, YOUR BODY and how YOU MOVE controls WHERE THE SEAT MOVES. Move your body, and the seat will follow. BE SURE YOU HAVE THE STABILITY TO USE A ROCKING STOOL AT THE HEIGHT YOU SET BEFORE USE.
• ROCKr BASE SUPPORT - This gardening stool gives you the freedom to reach further and get closer to your garden work. The intuitively designed ROCKr base has unique rounded edges that allow you to steadily tilt in whichever direction you chose. The ROCKr rocking base will help you move more easily in the sitting position. Does require the user to have the stabiliity to get up and down from the ROCKr egonomic garden work seat.
• TO USE - Our garden rocker seat makes planting, pruning and cultivating easy by helping you to maintain a more ergonomic position when working low. As this is a ROCKING seat, this garden rocker base does require the user to have enough stabiliity to get up and down a the height of the rocking stool. If you have stability issues or cannot get up and down from at least 14 inches you may want to try of the the other TheXceptonal garden seats such as an Easy UP. This garden work seat is suitable for use on a most any surface in your yard, home or garage. Simple assembly is required, but tools are provided!

Do not reach in the backward direction when sitting on the Rocker - lean and reach forward only. BE SURE YOUR HAVE THE STABLITY TO USE A ROCKING STOOL at the set height before use. This seat has a concave rocking bottom which gives alot of freedeom of movement and reduces strain when moving. However, if you do not lean your body forward or lack stability please do not use the ROCKr. Your multifunctional gardening stools and seats are excellent when used properly.
